While roosting on Broadwater Tower near our webcam there, Peregrine Falcons revealed their "jewelry" - leg tags attached by scientists to allow individual birds to be tracked. Communications with Brian Watts at William & Mary University indicated that the male falcon (X7) was tagged as a young male on Egging Marsh. The female (SB) was reportedly tagged in Delaware. |
